Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California
Statement From FHANC Regarding Covid-19
As fair housing service providers in the counties of Marin, Sonoma, and Solano, we want to ensure that protected classes continue to be served. Many service organizations are reducing services to the community in order to protect staff members and mitigate the spread of the virus. At this moment of unprecedented crisis, it is incumbent upon all of us to work together to keep our community’s most vulnerable families healthy and safe. As a result, we are suspending all non-essential in-person meetings, off-site visits, and non-virtual community events. FHANC will continue to serve clients via telephone and email. We thank you all for your understanding and support.
The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic is an evolving situation. FHANC has set up a COVID-19 Resource page for the jurisdictions we serve - Marin, Solano, and Sonoma, as well as state and federal resources and information. We will continue to update it as we learn more.

Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California stands as the first line of defense for equal opportunity to housing and the only organization here dedicated solely to ending discrimination in housing.
Like most, our clients have been impacted by the current situation brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. The majority of our clients were already vulnerable, many with already unstable housing. They face unsafe situations or homelessness through evictions, foreclosures, or unfair treatment.
We ask you to give a special gift today to help keep our clients safe and healthy at home during this public health crisis.
