Keep Your Home California has distributed $2 Billion to California homeowners through their federally funded programs. These federal funds have been used and KYHC will stop processing applications on June 29, 2018.

Keep Your Home California Programs:

Keep Your Home California is a free service for homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship, to help them stay in their homes, maintain an affordable mortgage payment and avoid foreclosure.

Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California is able to help you with understanding your eligibility and qualifications to participate in these four federally-funded programs.

Mortgage assistance of up to $3,000 per month for unemployed homeowners who are collecting unemployment benefits from the State of California's Employment Development Department (EDD).
