El taller incluye temas como:   

• El manejo del dinero y del crédito
• Costos para la compra de una vivienda
• Préstamos de casa y préstamos abusivos 
• El proceso de compra
• Programas de vivienda a bajo costo y de asistencia para el pago inicial   

Certificación de HUD
Este taller llena los requisitos para obtener el certificado requerido por “Marin Housing Authority” y otros programas para comprar vivienda a bajo costo.

Registro
Es necesario registrarse para el seminario por adelantado. Para obtener un certificado de HUD, los participantes deben de asistir las dos noches y llenar todos los requisitos (vea más información en la hoja de registro).

• This is a HUD Certification Workshop that fulfills the certification requirement needed to apply for most Below Market Rate (BMR) units or for other First Time Homebuyer's Programs. 
• Participants must attend both dates and fulfill all requirements to obtain a HUD Certificate. More details at registration.
