   In collaboration with Marin Housing Authority and other agencies in the Bay Area offering affordable housing and resources for homebuyers.

Topics to be covered include:

• The home buying process                                                                                   
• ​Financial and credit management
• Housing affordability and expenses
• Home loans and predatory lending
• BMR (Below Market Rate) and first-time homebuyer’s programs    

​HUD Certification:

• This is a HUD Certification Workshop that fulfills the certification requirement needed to apply for most Below Market Rate (BMR) units and for First Time Homebuyer's loans and other programs. 
• Participants must attend both dates and fulfill all requirements to obtain a HUD Certificate. More details at registration.
