In collaboration with Marin Housing and other agencies in the Bay Area offering affordable housing and resources for homebuyers

Topics to be covered include:
- The homebuying process                                                                                    ​
- Financial and credit management
- Housing affordability and expenses
- Home loans and predatory lending
- BMR (Below Market Rate) and first-time homebuyer programs    

​HUD Certification:
- This is a HUD Certification Workshop that fulfills the certification requirement needed to apply for most Below Market Rate (BMR) units and for First Time Homebuyer's loans and other programs.  
- Participants need to attend both dates and fulfill all requirements to obtain a HUD Certificate. More details at registration.
