This is a HUD Certification Workshop and it fulfills the certification requirement needed to apply for Below Market Rate (BMR) units with Marin Housing Authority and other programs. (Applicants for Marin Housing Authority units need to be First Time Home Buyers - not having owned a home for 3 years).
